The ZJHPF46 pneumatic fluorine lined regulating valve adopts a top guided structure and is equipped with a multi spring actuator. It has advantages such as compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly. Widely used for precise control of process parameters for gases, liquids, and other media to maintain pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. Especially used in fields with small allowable leakage and small pressure difference before and after the valve. This series of products comes in standard and adjustable cut off versions. Product nominal pressure; The force levels include PN0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, and class150LB; The nominal diameter range is DN15-300; The operating temperature ranges from -20 ºC to+200 ºC in various grades; Leakage level VI, with linear or equal percentage flow characteristics.
The ZJHPF pneumatic fluorine lined regulating valve is an executing unit in the pneumatic unit combination instrument. After being equipped with an electric gas conversion device, it can also enter the electric unit combination instrument system. It receives signals from the regulating instrument and directly changes the flow rate of the regulated medium (such as liquid, gas, steam, etc.), keeping the controlled process parameters (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) at the given value.

1. Corrosion resistance: The valve body cavity, valve core, valve seat, and valve stem are all made of 316 stainless steel, which can withstand acid, alkali, and strong corrosion.
2. Good sealing performance: The corrugated pipe made of polytetraethylene material and the packing are used for double sealing, ensuring no leakage.
3. Low leakage: Due to the soft sealing of the valve core and valve seat, the leakage is lower than the national level IV standard.
4. Adopting a small and lightweight multi spring actuator, it has small volume, light weight, and high adjustment accuracy.
