Display the valve position, torque and functional status of the actuator in Chinese/English, numbers, graphics, etc.
Powerful integrated circuit
Use fewer electronic components and complex electronic wiring to ensure that the electric actuator has a high degree of electronic control reliability. The absolute encoder has a set of accelerating gears connected to the actuator drive shaft, and the stroke can be set automatically without a micro switch.
Motor
It has high starting torque, low moment of inertia, small starting current, and good servo characteristics.
Output shaft
With a spline design, the position of the output wall can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the opening and closing degree and position of the valve, which is convenient for operation.
1.The man-machine interface with LCD display and various symbols, numbers and texts can be used for parameter setting, debugging and fault diagnosis on site.
2.Operating data recording function: convenient parameter setting, no need to open the case, the electric actuator can be parameterized and operated on-site through the manual operaton.
3.The input three-phase power supply can automatically correct the phase sequence.
4.When a fault occurs, it stops at the original position and gives a fault status signal.
5.Alarm contacts can be output and valve positions can be displayed.
