The Q911F Electric threaded ball valve and butt welded connection ball valve are divided into integral (one piece), two piece, and three piece types.
The valve body casting adopts advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.
The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, with reliable sealing and easy opening and closing; The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure with an inverted seal, and when the valve chamber experiences abnormal pressure rise, the valve stem will not be flushed out.
The pneumatic two piece and three piece ball valves are also connected in the form of butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW), and can be equipped with international standard ISO support platforms and locking devices.
The three piece ball valve has a small volume and is composed of a three part valve shell. It is formed by clamping the middle valve body and ball from both ends with four longer bolts. Its advantage is that during maintenance and disassembly, there is no need to disassemble the pipeline threads.
The four bolts can be directly removed, and the middle part of the valve body can be taken out. Suitable for situations where the volume of light industrial machinery is small and the space is narrow. Pneumatic threaded ball valves have small volume, simple matching, and large flow capacity, making them particularly suitable for situations where the medium is viscous, contains particles, and has fiber properties.
